Background: After over 15 years in the events and marketing industry, she joined the health care profession to help optimize one’s general well being and promote long term health by providing therapeutic massage.
Massage Philosophy:She believes that regular massage treatments help with stress management, reduces muscle tension and promotes an overall sense of relaxation.
As a runner and triathlete, Honey is also familiar with sports massage and believes that massages before and after sports improves performance and helps with quicker muscle and injury recovery.
Massage Style: Honey puts the needs of her clients her by constantly communicating with them to achieve their treatment goals, whether it be providing relief from chronic pain, recovering from vigorous exercise or an injury, or just promoting relaxation and overall wellness.

Background: After working for 17yrs in film, a physically demanding industry, Wendy became all too familiar with pain and fatigue, at which point she turned to massage as a way to cope.
Massage Techniques: Wendy is trained in the traditional Swedish massage style with adjunct techniques such as: joint mobilization, myofascial release, and other neuromuscular techniques. She is also trained in NISA (Neuromuscular Integration and Structural Alignment), which is a 12 session fascial therapy designed to treat postural imbalances, which if un-treated can lead to pain and dysfunction. She is a Vodder trained Therapy I, manual lymph drainage (MLD) therapist, which is a very superficial rhythmic therapy acting on the lymphatic system and stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system . At the Therapy I level she can treat localized swelling, pain and discomfort due to surgery and, or injury and general wear and tear.
Massage Philosophy: Wendy has worked with a large array of clients: from babies to seniors; with a broad spectrum of conditions: from injuries to physical impairment. Her training has given her the ability to assess and treat her clients appropriately by personalizing the treatment to suit their specific needs. Since stress plays a major role in dysfunction, relaxation is a critical role in treatment. Before Holly choose to pursue massage therapy, she studied Polarity Therapy, Reiki, Cranial Sacral therapy, Reflexology and Aromatherapy. Holly was also a sales associate at Know Your Body Best for several years.

- Massage Style: Kim understands the needs of the athlete, thus excelling in sports massage. The mother of two active children, Kim is also proficient at pre-natal and pediatric massage.
